Systemetric Visits Secondary School

2011
This month the team visited Cottenham Village College, in Cambridgeshire, to talk about robotics and demonstrate our robots to students at the secondary school. This is the first time we have visited a secondary school to promote robotics, in hope of encouraging greater involvement in FIRST and showing students of a feeder school one of the many options available to them if they choose to come to Hills Road Sixth Form College.
The quote of the day we received from one students is our robot and what we do is "better than an Xbox". We hope to visit other feeder schools in the Cambridgeshire area to spread the word about robotics and our team.
